The house is quite tatty inside, but is perfectly liveable, and is a good size with big rooms. Quiet area.
Mostly unfurnished, but has a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and a brand new cooker. There is also a full selection of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.
Some wardrobes, some beds, etc.
Also has garage with some clutter in but available for your use.
Driveway parking for 2/3 cars. Bus stop very close.
Because it is tatty inside I am only asking £ 155 per week, which is £ 673 per calendar month.
This can be paid weekly or monthly. I shall require a deposit (probably one month) and the first week or month up front.
Offered on a 6 month assured shorthold tenancy, rolling monthly after that.
Clean pets maybe welcome - please discuss.
Prefer non-smokers but smokers ok if you would kindly try to smoke outside.
References required, and a tenant check will be made online using a vetting agency (Endsleigh) which you must pass.
